Clear, independent expert reports.

A medico-legal report communicates psychological findings to the legal system and statutory schemes — an independent, objective assessment prepared to meet the requirements of the matter at hand.

When it's needed

Matters an assessment can support.

Medico-legal psychological assessments are commonly requested as expert evidence across a range of legal and scheme matters.

  • Personal injury and psychological injury claims.
  • SIRA WorkCover NSW, CTP, Comcare, DVA and TAC matters.
  • General court and tribunal psychological reports.
  • Centrelink Disability Support Pension and Services Australia applications.
  • Family and child law matters, and assessments of mental capacity.
  • Fitness, risk and return-to-work questions.

We agree on the specific questions the report must address before we begin, so the assessment answers exactly what the matter requires.
