Psychology that works with your NDIS plan.
Support that builds on what you can do — skills, confidence and wellbeing, working toward the goals in your plan. For self-managed and plan-managed participants, in our Parramatta rooms or by telehealth.
Support that starts with what matters to you.
NDIS therapeutic supports are about capacity — building skills you’ll keep, at your pace, in ways that fit your life. Depending on your goals, sessions might focus on:
- Everyday skills and routines — sleep, energy, organisation and independence.
- Understanding and managing big emotions, worry and overwhelm.
- Communication, relationships and feeling confident with other people.
- Adjusting to a new diagnosis, or to changes in health and circumstances.
- Low mood or anxiety that gets in the way of your plan goals.
- Assessments — cognitive, functional and neuropsychological — when they’re needed.
- Reports and progress summaries written for plan reviews.
- Involving family, carers or your support coordinator — when you want them involved.
Everything is goal-directed and agreed with you first. You set the pace and the priorities; our job is to help you build capacity — not dependence on us.
Four steps, no jargon.
If you’ve never used your plan for psychology before, here’s the whole process from first look to first session.
1 · Check your plan
Psychology usually sits under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living as a therapeutic support. Your plan, planner or support coordinator can confirm what’s funded and how much is available.
2 · Tell us how it’s managed
Self-managed, plan-managed or agency-managed — it changes who we invoice, so it’s the first thing we’ll ask. Not sure? We’ll help you work it out from your plan.
3 · Agree the plan together
We put fees, session frequency and goals in a clear written service agreement before anything starts — linked to the goals in your NDIS plan, in plain language.
4 · Sessions & reports
Regular sessions in Parramatta or by telehealth, with progress tracked against your goals — and reports ready when your plan review comes around.
If your plan is agency-managed (NDIA-managed), supports must be delivered by an NDIS-registered provider — so please contact us before booking and we’ll talk through what applies to you and your options.

Capacity, not dependence
Skills you keep long after
the sessions end.
Goal-directed support, agreed with you in plain language — and progress you can actually see at review time.
Sorted by how your plan is managed.
We confirm fees in your service agreement before the first session, and invoices are itemised for your records and plan reviews. No Medicare referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan is needed to use NDIS funding.
See fees & funding options- Self-managed: we invoice you directly after each session, and you claim reimbursement from your plan in the usual way.
- Plan-managed: we send invoices straight to your plan manager — usually nothing for you to pay on the day.
- Agency-managed (NDIA-managed): supports must come from an NDIS-registered provider — contact us first and we’ll talk through your options.
