Support for the whole family.
When a child is struggling, the whole family feels it. Warm, evidence-based support for children, teens and parents — at a pace that works for your family, in Parramatta or online.
A safe place for your child to be heard.
Therapy for young people is its own skill. Our clinicians make it feel safe, never clinical — and they keep parents in the loop.
Child-friendly
Play, art and conversation, pitched to your child's age — therapy that feels like a chat, not an exam.
Parents included
You're part of the team. We coach parents and carers with practical strategies for home, school and beyond.
Working-with-children checked
Every clinician who sees young people holds a current Working With Children Check.
Calm, welcoming rooms
Bright, friendly spaces designed to put kids and teens at ease from the moment they arrive.
Care for every age.
From little ones to teenagers — and the parents supporting them.
Children (5–12)
Anxiety, big feelings, friendships, sleep and behaviour — using play and stories to help kids understand themselves.
Teens (13–17)
Anxiety, low mood, school stress, identity and self-esteem — a confidential space that respects their independence.
