Anxiety & Depression Therapy
Practical, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, low mood and the thinking and behaviour patterns that keep them going.
How it helps
Anxiety and depression are among the most treatable mental health concerns. Mind Health psychologists draw on therapies with strong research support — cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), behavioural activation, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and, where useful, schema-informed work — matched to what's keeping the problem going for you.
Treatment is collaborative and goal-focused: you'll build practical skills for managing worry, panic, rumination and low motivation, with a clear plan for keeping the gains going.
