Bülent Ada founded Mind Health Associates in Parramatta in 2004 with a clear principle: match every client with a psychologist who fits, clinically and personally. Two decades and twelve clinicians later, the principle hasn’t changed.
Bülent’s clinical work focuses on adult mental health, with particular depth in trauma (EMDR, CPT, schema-focused work), anxiety and panic, adult ADHD, workplace stress, and couples therapy. He works integratively, drawing primarily from CBT, schema therapy, ACT, and EMDR depending on what a client needs.
Bülent holds a BSc(Hons.) in Psychology from UNSW, is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (MAAP), and has 20+ years of clinical experience across private practice, hospital, and workplace settings. He provides clinical supervision to early-career psychologists and is the author of forthcoming book The Mental Matrix.
